About Amanda Horn:

February 010Amanda is one of the Family and Consumer Science Educators in Oklahoma County, and the author of this blog. She has B.S. in Nutritional Sciences from Oklahoma State University and a M.S. in Nutritional Sciences from the University of Central Oklahoma. She is a registered and licensed dietitian.
