About Amanda Horn:
Amanda is one of the Family and Consumer Science Educators in Oklahoma County, and the author of this blog. She has B.S. in Nutritional Sciences from Oklahoma State University and a M.S. in Nutritional Sciences from the University of Central Oklahoma. She is a registered and licensed dietitian. Along with writing this blog she also teaches programs in the community of Oklahoma County.
